Refund policy

We are truly sorry that you were not satisfied with your product. Due to the permanent customization of the book cover, these items are not eligible for return and/or refund. 

Unless the product is defective or severely damaged, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend that you pack your return item unused and in the condition they were received in a bubble-wrap envelope and choose a shipping method with tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
