Shipping policy

Domestic shipping (United States):

Free shipping on orders over $80.

  1. Once we receive your order, it takes us 2–3 business days to personalize your book by hand.
  2. It takes 1-6 business days to receive your beautiful order after it has been shipped (depending on the shipping method you choose). We use USPS to deliver your packages, offering three delivery options: Ground Advantage, Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express.
  3. A tracking number is provided for each order.
  4. Customers must enter a complete address at checkout. Flanelou assumes no liability for any inaccurate or incomplete delivery addresses entered by customers.
  5. Flanelou assumes no liability for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
  6. Holidays and inclement weather may affect shipping and delivery times.

Note: The order can be canceled within 15 minutes of payment; after that time, the order is processed and no refunds will be issued. 

Canada Shipping:

International shipping:

Truly sorry, but at the moment we do not ship to Europe. We are seriously considering it for the future so we can make a lot of parents happy.
